Found a Rear brake cable it was about 1/2 an inch short, so I assume it's for a Scout 2 not the Traveler. Heres the dash.

Up for sale or possible trade - 1970 AMC 232 inline 6 as installed by International

Up for sale or possible trade is the OEM (as installed by International) AMC inline 6 232 engine from my 1970 Scout 800a. The previous/original Scout owner spent $3500.00 having this engine rebuilt prior to sale. I have the receipts from the rebuild if you are interested. Engine has less than 1000 miles on it since rebuilt.

Engine wise, I ended up going another direction, and I am primarily looking to find a good home for my inline 6.

New owner will pick up engine in Burleson, TX at my builder's shop. I do not currently have any way to transport the engine.

Anyone have a set of stock SII wheels? Would really like a pair of the gold Midas wheels but I'm OK with the white wagons or ralleys. Figured out the PO just took ford rims and torched out the fronts to fit the Hubs......

I have that set of 5 rally's that I'm using on my trailer. The chrome on 4 of them is pretty good.

I'm ready to sell my scout if anyone is interested let me know before I start listing elsewhere. I'd like to get $12k for it but let me know if that's not a fair price. It isn't a rust scout and I didn't replace any panels. That doesn't mean it's perfect because it has dents from the previous owners. Top is in great shape, I painted the body and did minor body work. It you can still see where dents were. Here is a list of some things I've done.

Have the 727 AT and transfer case I pulled from my S2 that I'm not planning on using and are currently taking up space in my garage. If anyone is interested let me know. Also have a junk 345 short block, might be good as a core? Spent 5 years with the heads off and IT STILL SPINS!

FREE set of 4 steel wheels with dry rotted buckshots on them. I like the wheels cause I've never seen that pattern but I don't need them, they're 15x8. Bolt pattern is 5 x 5 1/2
