OK, I think it should be fixed now, and I'm gonna add this one, just cause it will make Sid drool on his keyboard....

Man John that pic would look sooooooo much better with a golden nugget sitting next to them

Only one of those is mine, and neither of those parking spaces are mine Travis, Now if you would rent an extra unit for me, I'd have 3 more spaces, and I'd even let you put your trailer in one!

So, we tore down Project No Compression's original motor, And it was in surprisingly good shape, The Valve Train was all in decent shape, the Cam was fine, the lifters looked good, everything rotated great, no visible problems with the head or valves, the Cylinder walls weren't scored, no broken rings..

Final diagnoses though; Rings were totally wore out, you could literally see past the whole set into the crankcase...

Eh, shoulda just thrown some 90w gear oil in the crankcase and run the sucker till it completelty gave up :)

Well, I haven't scrapped it yet, but plan to, I don't have any actual use for a 152 myself... I got a spare 196 in similar condition that is also headed to scrap, free to good homes, but I can't store them...

For a minute I thought was hallucinating.

Dang we haven't done any work on this thing in long enough we fall off the default 1 month sort on the ODBA page...

OR MAYBE we started the truck yesterday with the key and it ran on gas from its tank, pumped by a new electric fuel pump.
- Heater box was modified and installed so the coolant system could be filled.
- Heater Fan is installed and working properly.
- Brakes are present and bled. Still squelching a few leaks there.
- Choke cable is in but we're having some difficulty with the Lokar throttle setup.
- Tailgate is on.

We're a clutch rod and throttle setup away from drivable. And 2 windows from water tight. She'll be trekking back to NoVa next weekend! :4x4:
