Ground rules:
1-No alcohol on site
2-No overnight stays

*Where to stay:
I'll let you guys hash out a camping location. Natural Chimneys is close, Hone Quarry is close, Shenandoah Valley Campground is close. There are also a few hotels off of I-81 exit 243 that are close for those who'd rather not rough it.

*Schedule:
Friday night...Wanna get started on some work, we can do that. Wanna hang out around the campfire, we can do that, too. Just let me know where you want to go.

Saturday...Pretty much you guys let me know what you'd like to do. I'm game for whatever. Wanna take a group and go for a trail ride, go for it! It's easy to get to, and so long as someone has a decent sense of direction they are dubbed the trail guide. I will be staying at the shop to do the workday part of things. There is a Federated parts store 5 minutes away, and an Autozone and Advance 15 minutes away. Napa is about 25 minutes or so. We have a shop press, drill press, welder, torches, well stocked box with hand and air tools, etc on site (inventory will be taken before y'all suckers leave, lol :tt2: ). We've got a hydraulic vehicle lift, one jack, a few straggling jack stands, etc. I have room for 4+ trucks to fit inside, and lots of room outside. There is also a spring fed pond stocked with bluegill and largemouth (some big ones...my 22" one is the record!) if you'd like to take a break and get a line wet. We can work into the night, but there is a neighbor fairly close by, so we'll have to tone it down after it gets later.

Sunday...We can gather back at the barn and finish up work, go hit El Charro for lunch (get there early to avoid the church crowds!), or whatever you guys wanna do.

Projects:
So far we have Stu's Scout tear-down.
Anyone else?

Assuming I make it. I've got a couple low priority tasks that we can use as filler.. I need to swap out my rear axle, and my heater core.

That should be easy enough. With the lift, we can make easy work of the axle. It will take longer to bleed brakes than anything else...assuming the spring bolts come out okay.

I called Natural Chimney yesterday and aske about rates. I was told a site with water and electricity is $30.00 on weekends. Add $5.00 for a site with sewage. That's not too bad . Was I misinformed?

They sent out a thing in the mail that it was like $40+ per night, and a three night minimum, I believe. I wonder if your rate is for NOW, and the big money is during the PEAK season? I dunno...$30 per night is less than we paid last time, IIRC...

Well, looks like I'm not gonna make it. I've got a wedding to go to, so you guys have fun and post plenty of pics.

I can't plan anything anymore, I'm always doing something, and if I'm not, I've got a stack of projects that require my attention.... But as always, I'll try my best to attend whatever gets scheduled!
