I'm going to be upgrading the engine and tranny in my Scout. It has a 392 and a freshly rebuilt 727 trans in it now. Im going with a GM 5.3 and a 4L60e combo. If anybody is interested in the old setup it is for sale after January. I will be driving it until then so I need the current drivetrain. The engine runs good and the tranny is freshly rebuilt about 300 or so miles ago. Contact me if you are interested in it.

I'm in the process of converting my Scout II to fiberglass and have many good steel body panels for sale and other misc Scout II parts, including:

- Tailgate (very good) $250
- Hood (very good) $150
- Windshield frame with glass (good) $250
- Brand new front L&R floor pans and front cab supports ($275 new) $150 for all or will separate
- Driver Fender (useable, easily repaired rust hole) $100
- Nerf style front bumper $125
- Show bar (roll bar) $150
- Tub...is a train wreck...buy happy to see it go to a good home if you need any or all of it
- I may have a pair of good doors available soon as well, and a used Kayline softtop with hardware (for normal doors), if I can source a set of SS inserts...

I also have a ton of small parts as well, including:
- Nice set of full OEM gauges ($100)
- A/C bracket ($50)
- Steering bell joints ($25)
- Kick panel vents and block off plate ($25)
- Others (please ask for specifics)

All prices OBO and I'm willing to deal. Willing to trade for SS II door inserts or SS soft top, or metal welding/fab work (need a D&C roll cage installed and sliders made).

A friend of mine is parting out a Scout II in Jefferson / Frederick MD. Body is shot, except for possibly the doors, which appear to be in good shape.

345. 2bbl intake and carb. Auto trans (TF727).
Engine started fine a few months ago. (He then cut the Scout in half, so we haven't tried starting it lately.)

AC setup. (I pulled the compressor but will return it if someone wants the whole system.)

All drivetrain parts and accessories appear to be here except for the front axle.

Front and rear bench seats need redone. Whatever you need, make an offer.
