Complete from Carb to oil pan, Harmonic Balancer to Flywheel.
All have a universal bell housing adapter, You can use it or lose it.
All include a NEW..... Starter with shield, 3 bolt flange Exhaust Manifold, Water Pump/Housing/Hose T-Stat Etc.,Fuel Pump, Prestolite Vacuum Advance Distributor with cap/wires/plugs,coil, Carburetor, Oil filter. Most of them (98%) come with a Dual Pulley Alternator with Belts.
Manifold is NON EGR. You can use your existing EGR manifold or find one if you need EGR for emissions.
