Brown SSII - whose is it?

A few months ago I saw a brown SSII with the usual SSII gold stripes and no top in Leipers Fork. I approached the homeowner the Scout was parked alongside, and she told me it belonged to someone near Columbia. It was faded a bit but appeared to be in pretty good shape.

Anyone know this Scout or its owner?
