Battery hold down bracket for SII

[2nd Scout]

I ordered one of these from AS for a scout II. It’s too short to go across my Optima blue top battery, but it looks too small for any normal starting battery. Has anyone installed one of these? If so, can you please post a pic? Maybe I’m doing something wrong.

I contacted them and they added a pic to the product page showing how it goes in. It’s upside down from what I was trying to do with it.
