Holy cow, I don't think I've posted in here since 2011! Still got the Scout with its list of minor issues (bad fan clutch, carb needs cleaning, rusted cab mount). Drove it last weekend and the heater core popped, not wanting to let the fix-it list get any longer, I pulled that out, found the receipt from 2002 and took it back to AutoZone to take advantage of the lifetime warranty (which meant a refund because they don't carry them anymore). As for me, two kids now (9 & 3), wife still putting up with me, we left the Alexandria hustle and bustle for a suburb of Annapolis last year. Who's still around from back in the day?

Welcome back!
There was a topic like this recently. It seems that FB has hypnotized a lot of people. Still a lot of helpful members here though.

Oh you're in Arnold. I drive by you daily. Live in Denton work at BWI so I drive by a lot daily.
I have seen you on I97, the one county interstate.
Unfortunately my Scout's to do list is a bit more extensive. But it is running and moving again.

Ah FB, I have made it this long without joining there I don’t have any plans to.

Erik, that wasn’t my Scout on I97...it hasn’t been on an interstate in years. Well technically it was on the highway last year when I moved but it was on a trailer. It’s not well sorted enough anymore to venture too far from home. :surrender:

I’ve been to Denton, your Royal Farms is the nearest reasonably priced ethanol-free gas for my MG. I’d like to put it in the Scout too (would make my carb much happier) but she’s too thirsty.

I think that Royal Farms sells ethanol-free gas to support boat users. You might want to look around boat landings.

You aren't the only one who hasn't been in here in a while but oddly enough my log in info was still on my phone. Truth be told FB has been a much easier platform for me recently but I am considering cutting way back, especially with election season coming up. Planning a get together in Sept, but you can look in the other thread for that.
