Hey all, having issues with my driver's side door latch. When the button is pushed fully down from the outside handle, the latch on the door just seems to "droop" down or fall to the lower position. When letting go of the button whatever position the latch was in stays that way. The only way it is usable right now is by holding the button down, tilting the latch upwards, and letting go to keep it in that position. Would this be the latch locking spring or maybe the locking rod not grabbing correctly? Before I gut the door to pull the latch just was wondering if anyone knew. Don't have any photos but both the latch and strike plate don't seem to have any excessive wear or damage. Thanks again, everybody. Sam
