Hi there! I recently bought a 1968 international 1100c pickup and I was wondering if anyone here knows how to tell what engine i have.
Its a V8, and the guy that sold it to me said it was a 3 something, and that's about all i know:cowboy:

In front, about halfway down on the passenger side of the engine, is a machined area which should have the size and a serial number stamped into it. Probably will say 304 for size. Might be covered with dirt and grease, or just hard to see, depending on accessories present; sometimes a mirror helps to see the area.
What do you grow? :clover: :ihtractor:, and do you have any really old machinery, particularly any old hit-and-miss engines, buzz saws, early motorcycles :scooter:or belt-driven threshers?
Any catfish ponds, or back woods stills?

BTW, if you hover your cursor over your name in the top right and select Personal Details from the drop down menu, you can add your location to the box on the left of your posts .... then nearby members know to come over to help you, or sample the moonshine on Holidays.
