Chris, For your ride to higher elevations, I will suggest using the 350cfm carb. The original main jets would have been the #61 size. Those would be fine for sea level operation. For your 5000 ft elevation, I will suggest going to the #59 main jets. Change the power valve to the #4.5. The 350cfm carb will will flow enough fuel, you won't need additional fuel from the original # rated power valve.
