That is a M2 it has 12 vertical bars in the grill it also has the flat top front fenders so the radiator should be mounted on the front of the frame cross member versus the rear on the round top fender trucks. So it should be 12 volt. They moved the radiator forward and stretched the fenders to accommodate the 2 groove pulley on the 55 amp generator. That truck appears to have Ford AA or double A rims mounted many do this to the M2 and Dodge WC trucks to get a little better road speed with the 19 inch rims.
