What are you going to do for the steering colum grommet? I just bought my first MIG welder and currently have no welding skills so, I had to do what's pictured below. But now once I get welding down I will make a metal piece to go in there.

As far as the steering column grommet...I haven't figured that out yet. Either a thick piece of firm rubber or a piece of metal with a rubber insert, but it will have to be a tight fit to prevent leakage into the cab. I'll post pics when I figure it out...

Repaired the floor panels, made new mirror brackets, added a reese hitch to the bumper, and pulled the cab (Egyptian Style-one block at a time...).

Looking good man! I just picked up a 68 T'ette 2x4 last week that'll be getting a similar treatment to yours plus a 4x4 conversion from a 69 T'all 1200D. I like how your back bumper turned out. I believe mine is stock as well although it's a different style. Prob just weld a Reese hitch similar to yours on it and call it good.
