I only use it to run around the ranch with, because no title. I just found out I can get a 2Wd S800 with a 152 in it. No major rust. Wagon. No Title. The rear axle looks to be a D44, but maybe a D30. (dark under there). Only $100! You know where I'm going with this... I need help The axle would be an upgrade for a friends 80, so I could sell it for maybe $40 and recoup some there. I have a 1/2 cab that I could put on also, and sell the sliding windows on the wagon top for $30 ish I would think. I figure I'm 2 years behind on my current scouts, so what's another year matter? Help... Someone give me $300 for the whole shebang so the wife doesn't poison me. |

Go for it, probably wouldn't be a bad swap, and for what you plan to use it for, you can learn a lot that you'll be able to apply on your 'keeper' projects. I give it a thumbs up....

Look at it this way. You've got X amount of time and money. Having 2 projects means twice as long to complete both. Adding another one means you're now at 3 times as long to complete all of them.

Depends on your age.
In your 20's you could possibly have time for 6 future projects. In your 30's five, 40's four,50's three, 60's two. When you reach the age of 70, the future project is, well,, yourself.

Kidding mostly but it's the time, space and energy left for FUTURE projects, not what you've already completed..........

![]() I have 5 project cars at the moment. I'm a week or two from finishing the 62 S800. I'm a month away then from finishing the Willys truck. Then it is down to 3. Three means I'm cured right? The new addition would be 6, and then there is the IH farmall tractor I can have for $200 (back up to 7). Supposedly ran in the last year. Has hydraulic bucket and PTO... It's hopeless...

Only if it wasn't your toys that killed you.
