I have done all of the searches and have not come up with anything. What I am really wondering is did they have a brochure? I have never seen or heard of one.

They produced one for the midas scout so I would assume one exists for thee midnightstar amonst other limited edition models. The only thing that I have seen that had any information is a magazine called Collectible Automobile about 10 years ago or so. It was a 10 page article about the Scout in general with a couple pages dealing with the limited editions

Steve - I searched for Collectible Automobile Magazine and the June 1996 issue featured the Scout. This may be the issue that Paul is referring to.

I would love for you to post or email me the magazine article from '79. I got a call yesterday from the salvage yard, he found the hood scoop. I am going to pick it up on Friday. I'm pumped, that is a huge find.
