Justin, excellent job. If I could build a jig like whats holding up the body for a Scout II/Terra/Traveler, I would start on my own trucks. The work is simply awesome to see. By the way, is that a Lincoln Welder??

power steering pump mounted. Holley 5200 carb rebuilt and installed using stovebolt's 1bbl --> 2bbl adapter. front axle removed, disassembled, yokes cut and turned about 13 degrees, re-POR'ed, primed, painted and reinstalled. driveshafts installed. bought different front fenders. modded front bumper to fit and sandblasted it. got a few new ideas from the show last weekend.

All I can tell you about the wheels is that they're aluminum 15x10's and I found them on one of the offroad forums for $100. The tires are trxus interco STS 32x11.5's $300 brand spankin new on craigslist.

Not much to update here either...more body work...epoxy primer...quicksand primer...fill, sand, fill, sand...never ends.

Also put a few coats of POR on my front bumper.

I really feel your pain here Justin...going through the same thing. Its easy to think body shops charge way too much for this work until you start doing it yourself. I have come to the realization that they do it way too cheap. Lol!
