Hello Everyone. The Carlisle All Truck Nationals event (AUGUST 7th-9th, 2009) is fast approaching and I'm sure you're all looking forward to the chance to get together with all your IH friends to catch up on life, share some stories, and just kick back and relax. This year OUR REGISTRATION PROCEDURES HAVE CHANGED. You will be pre-registering DIRECTLY with Carlisle Productions instead of mailing your registration information to me. The Carlisle staff has made the online registration process so easy that I recommend using that method. They have even listed Triple Diamond Fourwheelers in the drop down club selection box on the online registration form.
Everything you need to pre-register your vehicle and reserve a hotel room is included with/in this email. As usual, please, please, please remember to include Triple Diamond Fourwheelers in the club section of the forms. As in the past, we still need to register atleast 30 vehicles to have free use of the big club tent on the field. While you are pre-registering directly with Carlisle Productions, you still must stop at the Triple Diamond tent if you wish to have your vehicle considered for any Triple Diamond awards (we will work this the same as in the past and collect $10 per vehicle to be judged by TDFW to help offset the cost of the trophy placks.) If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at TDFW@comcast.net and I'll do my best to answer your questions/concerns. --DawnAnn REGISTRATION: This year you are registering directly with Carlisle Productions. You may do this one of three ways: 1. Register Online at http://www.carsatcarlisle.com/ce/eve...uck-nationals/. Select “Register Online Today”, select ‘Non-Competition Fun Field”. For Club, select Triple Diamond Fourwheelers in the drop down box. The registration for one vehicle is $40 thru July 19th. 2. Register by Phone: Carlisle Productions at 717-243-7855. Club: Triple Diamond Fourwheelers. 3. Register by mail: Complete the attached registration form and mail directly to Carlisle Productions at the address provided on their form. (Carlisle Events, 1000 Bryn Mawr Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013-1588 ). Club: Triple Diamond Fourwheelers. For the discounted registration fee ($40 for one vehicle), you must register no later than JULY 19th. Registering a vehicle gets you 3 day admission for two adults and one vehicle. Should you miss the July 19th date for the discounted registration amount, the fee will increase to $50 for your vehicle and you may still register online or at the fairgrounds when you arrive. HOST HOTEL: The Hampton Inn off the Carlisle exit of the PA turnpike. The address is 1164 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle 17031. 717-240-0200. The discounted group rate is $134. Please ask for the TripleDiamond block. You may also make reservations online at http://hamptoninn.hilton.com/en/hp/g...07/index.jhtml Please make your reservations NOW as rooms will be returned to general availability on July 7th if not reserved. The Hampton provides a large breakfast buffet each morning as well as a family atmosphere. We plan to hold the meet and greet at the outdoor seating area near the pool. SHOW SCHEDULE: The Carlisle Show schedule will be as follows: Friday: 10AM—4PM Registration with Triple Diamond Staff Saturday: 10AM-3PM Registration with Triple Diamond Staff Saturday: Noon—? Triple Diamond Judging Saturday: 6:30PM Meet & Greet, Hampton Inn Sunday: 11AM Awards* *As in the past, if Sunday’s weather forecast looks grim, we will hold awards late Saturday afternoon . As well as awards for each vehicle class, we will again give awards for Best interior, Best in Show, Best Paint, and Best Engine. We will also have door prizes, a 50/50 drawing and some fun for the kids. Our sponsors provide us with some great door prizes. Should you have something you would like to donate to the door prize table, that will be greatly appreciated. Please visit us online at www.triplediamond.org, or email questions to TDFW@comcast.net. __________________ DawnAnn Cass Event Coordinator Triple Diamond Fourwheelers

Alas, it doesn't look like I'll make it this year unless I can get up there on Sunday morning. Still ready and willing to put together the brochure, though.
