Ok ok i'll post just have been very busy at a new job. My son and I have been working on his scout we got the front fenders stripped I beat the dents out, primed them and started on the interior PO welded army boxes all over the place inside and we are removing them. Just got back from The Buffalo River did a little wheeling while I was down there, one of the prettiest places I have ever been. We also found a t-19 for his scout, it was out of jeep I hope his scout doesn't notice.

I'm working on a serious overhaul of my Travelall. It's over in the Skunkwerks section.
The old frame/drivetrain is for sale. I'll make somebody a SCREAMIN deal on it. The 266 ran well (carb leaks a little now - have kit to go with it) and the brakes are new on all 4 corners.

Well, things have been crazy around here. I was laid off last thursday, so I have been trying to get things in order so we can pay our bills. We just refi'ed the house, so that should save some $$$.
Scout wise, not much going on. the scout stumbles around 2500 rpm, and I thought it was an vacuum leak on the carb, since i noticed that the vacuum plug was all cracked and falling apart. I put a new plug in but it didnt help. Time for a tune up I guess, its only been about 10 years! Mark, did you read my post about your lift? What did you decide?

I have been traveling a lot for work. I have been to 16 cities and 8 states in the past month and a half not counting all the cities and states I traveled thru. I would ask to travel less but I am just thankful to have a job right now. I am also breaking ground on my new house I've been clearing trees, digging out stumps and placing culverts. My bosses favorite saying is "work work work, work will set you free"

I've been sitting around waiting for my dealership to close. Had to put the scout on the back burner for a while. It looks like we got lucky, so back to work on the scout
