I'm just excited to see this back! Paul, I'm still trying to figure out financing options on the Honda I told you about. I will find out in the next week whether it will go through. There was an issue I wasn't aware of, and got it fixed.
I also did my taxes, which means that I will most likely have my car repairs paid for by the end of February, surely mid-March. After that, I can start saving. Paul, what kind of skills do the SOOT members have in the way of restoration work, like refinishing frames, tubs, overhauling and repainting engine, transmission, and axle parts? Do those of us here in TX have to go to someone to have that done? Wait... I'm still finding my way around on this BP Universe and see that Dirk could do some of this work. Who else? Stephanie P.S. When is the next meeting? Will it be in Houston?

At the last meeting we decided to have a wrench day @ one of the guys shops on the North side.
We talked about doing it on Feb 21st. I will not be able to attend, but I will get the info out as soon as I can verify it. The March meeting is going to be somewhere between downtown and South Belt ( Sam Houston toll way-South) More details to follow
