One more Question. Since I am using Chevy outers on my front axle and reworking the frame, why can't I use a chev steering box? It seems like they would be a lot stronger. (and easier to find)

I got the frame peices cut yesterday. Since I will be raising the body mounts 2 1/2 inches I have eliminated the arch over the axles. So now the frame will be the same height in the front and back. I will make up the difference by adjusting the body mounts. The 1/4 " stock for the frame looks pretty beefy.
