There is some xover between military vehicles. here is one hint... IHC used Delco electrics on the M trucks... So did GMC, Chevy and Studebaker to name a few.
Some of the gauges are the same for Mack, Reo and Autocar.

Paul and all (that even rhymes!). I'll help with a chart for the M5, don't know anything about the mini-trucks you guys are working on! I have found sources for a lot of parts and rebuilds in my M5 restoration process, some of which will work for the smaller stuff.

Are you sure?
Its been my luck to have tried out all three, the small M2, medium M3 and the much bigger M5.
There is really only one big International, and it is by far the most fun to drive the big boy, it is not like the smaller trucks that tip toe around and get confused with Dodge or Chevy trucks.
It is much bigger than a CCKW and with the proper bed looks huge sitting next to one.
There is a very big difference in the sound as well the big Red Diamond that rumbles along and has the power to pull a house, while the M3 runs so smooth you are not sure it is running and the M2 sounds like a singer sewing machine.
Lots of people are turned off by what appears to be a big maintenance task when looking at the M5 but here is a secret everything that is on the smaller trucks except the extra fuel tank and third axle is exactly the same amount of work.
And once the brakes are done the maintence is very close to the same amount of work as a two axle truck.
I think size does matter!

I knew that Paul I got the jest in the vernacular, I just wanted to clear the air on the M5. Many collectors probably don't know how similar the trucks are to take care of and just see the M5 as a big beast with $2500 worth of tires.

Default M-2-4 Fuel Tank Sender Gasket

The M-2-4 uses a fuel tank sender that is secured with six screws. The original part number is 63474H.

The Scout 80 & 800 also use a sender with six screws. The Scout 80 parts book lists the part number as 967074R1. It also has a note "Will work for 63474H."

967074R1 is still available from International Truck as a new part. When I called tonight, Brattain International had three on the shelf. It is also available from the Light Line dealers. I haven't called to check, but I suspect it is also available from the CaseIH dealers.

This is also available from the Jeep and Kaiser parts dealers as an Omix-Ada part, PN 17725.02, to replace the Jeep PN 635641, which is for a 1955-1965 Jeep CJ-5.

There most probably is a gauge, voltage difference nothing some calibration and a resistor won't fix.
