Default Vin Number Location

I have owned a 1955 International half ton pickup since 70 or 71. Somehow i lost the title and dmv says i need a vin number for a duplicate title. Cant find the vin number. Its not on the door -not on the dash- not on the firewall. Please does anyone know the location.
