Default 800 4cyl power steering.

I have searched forums and faq's and am still looking for some more info on power steering in a 196 powered 800. I have the Bendix power steering box from the 2wd early 70's ford, but no steering pump, hoses or pulleys. Does it really matter what vehicle the pump comes from? What have you all used for the pump as making brackets is not an issue with me. Also, the pulley on my water pump will not support another belt. Did you guys just source a dual belt pulley from a different vehilce or what? What pulleys did you guys use? I would like to eventually add hydroboost, so if that may limit me on what pump I use. Any input will be nice. As I go through the project, I will take lots of pics for everyone. Thanks!!
Jack

I'm not looking for power steering just yet, but when I do I'll probably just go to a wrecker and get something off an old chev truck since they're so universal and the same for many years, and making bracketry is no issue to me either.

I am right now, however interested in installing an air compressor and a newer charging system in mine, and so I also require info on a multiple belt crank pulley. Anyone know how to source one?????

Thanks for the previous replies. I saw on that build that they used a scout power steering pump. Has anyone else used anything different? I would suppose any power steering pump should work ok as long as the pulleys match up. Are most of the power steering fittings the same on most pumps or does it vary much?
