There is no fuse box; this I know. I don't have answers for your other questions without some looking and pondering.

There are 9 mounting locations, One under the radiator, one on each side at your feet, and just behind where you sit, There are four at the rear, two of which are hiding behind plastic plugs in the back of the wheel well, and two in the bed (which may or may not be hiding under the metal in the bed)

As some one already answer - there isn't one. Where are the fuses then? There are a couple of inline fuses under the dash near the instrument cluster and ignition switch. I added a couple of small (8 fuses each) fuse blocks that accept the blade-type fuses and wired my gauges, wiper (electric replacement), etc., to the fuse blocks.

One under the radiator. Two under your feet when sitting in the front seats. Two on the frame rails near the rear seat area. Four under the tailgate area. Good news though is the body seems to stay on fine without all of them in place. The ones under my feet are completely missing. The ones under the rear seat area have broken mounts. Working on fixing all of that, but the body hasn't flown/fallen off yet. :-)

The fuel lines run from a selector switch located behind the driver's seat on the floor to each individual tank. The fuel line enters the box/bay/whatever that holds the fuel tank from the front of the truck. It then goes under the fuel tank, between the fuel tank straps that hold it to the bottom of the fuel tank bay. The line then goes up the front of the tank, past the sending unit and into a port near the top of the tank. That line then runs down the inside of the tank and has a hockey stick bend at the bottom with a little fuel filter on it. I have one pulled out currently & can post a picture if you like.

I removed one end from the parking brake lever (i have a few pics of this process if needed) and the other end from the lever under the center of the truck. I soaked the whole length of the cable in rust dissolver (liquid wrench, pbblaster, etc.) and let it sit a while, did that again, waited, again, waited, then grabbed both ends of the cable with a pair of vice grips. Enlisting the aid of a not-so-happy-to-help wife, we alternated pulling on the cable. It barely moved at first and then slowly broke free. After applying more rust dissolver and wd-40, etc., I could move the cable freely from one end. Still working fine today - free'd it over a year ago.

Mine has a small spring and shackle lift - no negative side effects to report.

There may be some inner rocker replacement s but most guys just fab their own out of 16ga stock. Gary Billings and other have done rocker work. They might chime in also.

I wouldn't recommend going over 2". And this presumes your front suspension parts (tie rod ends, spring bushings, etc) are in top condition. Otherwise, you're going to get wandering and stability problems.

Estimates have been given in various threads from 3600 to 4500 lbs for a V8 Scout 800. Why do you want to know? If you need an exact weight of YOUR Scout, it's best to get it weighed on a truck scale. Your local landfill or scrap yard will have one.
