Default It's ready to come home..

I finally got the Scout ready to come home so that I can get to work on it. I got the body temporarily bolted down along with the roof, hood and front clip. As you can see in the pics, I stll have some work to do. Fist off, the thing "buggin" me the most is the placment of the rear wheels in the wheelwells. I think the guy that started this project welded the leaf spring pockets in the wrong spots. I gotta measure those and see whats up.

Here are a few pics I took after getting it outta the garage. I'm hoping maybe tomorrow or Saturday I can bring it home.. Tell me yer thoughts..

I have sheet metal from a '71. Thats what the 4x4 frame is. The yellow body is a '66 rhd 2wd mail truck from MT. The only "real" problem with the body shell is the passenger side rear corner and the driver driver side inner tub. Other than that I have 2 sets of doors, 2 hoods, 2 sets of fenders, 2 tops, etc..

Is it just a spring over or is there a lift too? I plan on doing a 67 in the spring as long as I can find some axles.

Right now it is just a spring over. I also have a 3" lift for it. I don't think I'm going to use it though. That'll be up to my wife. The axles are Dana 44's. I'm going to buy a new set of 33" Super Swamper TSL SX's..
