Red face 1958 A-120 Locking Hub source

I have been driving my old Binder since I got it in running condition after it was junked 30 years ago. Anyway, it has the old fold-out and twist around levers to lock in the fron hubs. The aluminum casing that holds the cylinders that spin with the levers is broken and I need a replacement. Does anyone have a source? Thanks
