Your lacking a good ground to one or more of your lights in those circuits. Best way is to ground everything real good and your promlem(s).
Shell or housing to lamps Battery negative to frame and body Engine to frame and body. Dick S. Moore

Work the hazard switch in and out. This would keep the signals from working, and if you have the hazards on and hit the brake, the signal lights light up. I would also check to see if your hazard flasher is working.
