Talking Re: *Look* Setting up Club Roster

Hello everyone! Dan here from Bainbridge Island, WA. I'm new to this site but not Internationals. I saw my first Scout four years ago and a few seconds later almost rear-ended someone. Yes, the Scout made me look twice. It's safe to say I'm obsessed and have been trying to save for a Scout or Travelall (a perfect camper) ever since but "stuff" just kept coming up. Finally, despite the many bills I could have paid, I used all of my tax return this year to get my first IH -- a 1973 IH 1110 Pickup 4x4 with a 392 v8. I drove 130 miles to get it with a friend, and drove the IH 130 miles back home ... $750 later

Hey Dan,

That is a good looking truck! We welcome anyone to SEBA, but I think IHSTO or the guys at Just Internationals would serve you better as we are based out of SC, NC, GA, TN, and FL.

Thanks Mitch. I was just going off the main/first post on this thread that pretty much said anyone can join, but I know what you mean. Roger that, off to IHSTO!

Hello everyone, new to the site and to SEBA, I have lurked around for a while. I'm in BLYTHEWOOD ,S.C. I plan on attending the nationals in N.C. so I can meet some binder folk and put a few faces to the names. I will be posting some pics of my rebuild soon.

Hello everyone, My real name is Levi, and I live in Blytheville, AR where I work as a Maintenance Millwright on the Furnace Deck of Nucor-Yamato Steel. Spent a little over 10 years as a Nuclear Submarine Mechanic. Our family had our first Scout when I was 5 and ever since then, I've wanted to have my own. Lookin' forward to making some friends, and learning a lot about our IH's...

consider the thread responded too!!!!! sending info your way hello to all my fellow and lets not forget the ladies IH addicts!!
Brad is my real name, Ringgold Ga is my home!!! Proud owner of a 74 and so on Scout2 thats my trail rig and D/D when im in the Deliverance mood. LOL, also the proud owner of a 79 midas edition that has become a very contraversial yard ornament. the neighbors hate it LMAO!
got a few parts handy and some good connections on some more.
Ive was a heavy truck paint and bodyman for 20+ yrs and built heavy duty tow truck for Miller in Chatt. for 5 yrs. [ the big IH ones they are currently sending over to our armed services in the middle east. Currently im employed by the south's largest Hardees franchise as a maintenence tech. so if you ate at a hardees from Lenoir city to Chatsworth, you owe me one LOL. HVAC and MVAC is my specialty but pretty much a jack of all trades and a master of none.
But my real question is for SquidScout. How the Hell do ya adjust the carb on a nuke sub?? gotta be a trick to that one!!! lol

Yep, both of those trucks are mine. Thanks, I like the Bowtie as well, still some work to be done on it. @Bwood, adjust the nuke carb VERY CAREFULLY...
