Help: Need old used tires or tires/rims in the Austin area I can borrow/buy cheap?

Found a mechanic that has had some Scout experience just down the street from my house in South Austin. He's 1/2 a mile, at most. He said to drag the Scout over and he'd check the engine out. He'll check the compression and whatnot. Might get him to do the rebuild if his price is right.

Problem is the old tires on the Scout don't hold air. I'd hate to temporarily air them up to drag it there just to have them go flat before he gets to look at it. That would likely annoy him. I need to get some old tires that hold air to slap on for the time being. If they're on some old Scout rims, that'd be ideal. If I can borrow them, that'd be awesome. If I can buy them cheap, I could maybe do that if it's not too expensive. I just hate to spend money on something I'll just throw away later.

If I can't find any, I guess I could try some green slime or something.
