Default Round Body 4x4 shifter linkage

My truck (67 T'ette) was originally a 2wd. The PO did all of the conversion but never hooked up the shifter linkage. He did cut a hole in the floorboard to install it and he told me all the parts are in the "parts boxes". I've never had one of these in 4x4 and have nothing to compare it to. I'm not really sure that I do have all the linkage. Can anyone post up some photos of their shifter and linkage, including how it mounts thru/to the floorboard and then on back to the TC?
Guess I should point out this is the NP202. It has a Cummins 6bt conversion with the 5spd Getrag. I had to move the TC back to accomodate the longer tranny. I know I will have to do some fabrication for the linkage I was just wanting to know what it should have looked like to give me a starting point.

I put a T34 5 speed in my 64 and had to change it so the shifter goes through the floor, there wasn't enough room to come out the side with the T34 in there. That meant modifying the lever mounting bracket.

Randall, maybe it is just the angle of the picture but it looks like the'U' joints on the short shaft are out of alignment/phase. May cause vibration.

Thanks Bill, I'll check on that.

Randall,
Thanks for the photos. That actually helped alot. I found the linkage. I found a very heavy flat bar shifter that will fit the linkage but it looks like it is some kind of tractor lever or possibly an earlier 4x4 shifter. I haven't located the shifter mounting bracket yet but it's kind of hard to see exactly what it looks like. Anyone have a loose bracket laying around they could shoot a photo of?
Seriously guys I'm not being lazy but I have about 15 tubs and boxes in the corner of my shop with parts thrown in them with no apparent rhyme or reason. I'm digging through them but when you don't know exactly what you're looking for, it's not easy.

Pics of my setup already in my computer. This is the stock transfer case shifter, not from a tractor. Because I had to go through the floor instead of out the side like the stock setup I used a boot from a 70 D series pickup.

Nevermind the dual transmissions for your question.

That is the sme shifter that I have. Appreciate the replies. If I can find the mount I think I can just lengthen (and reinforce) my linkage and be done. That is if I can determine if my TC is functioning properly.
When it had the 345 in the front drive shaft was never installed and I never paid any attention to the transfer case ( I was too busy trying to keep the old wiring from catching fire).
As I was under the truck trying to figure out what position the linkage should be in, I discovered that I may not be able to get the thing into 2H.
With the TC linkage (I'm talking the bar actually attached between the two shift levers coming out of the TC) pulled all the way forward (toward motor) I should be in 4L (opposite of the shift pattern). The next detent back towards the TC is nuetral (I verified that the pup shaft spins freely in this position). The next positon is 4H (the shift bar on the TC is basically straight up and down). When I turn the pup shaft in this position I get all three drive shafts turning BUT I can't get the shifter to go back another position. So the question is do all three shafts turn in 2H and the 4H detent so slight that I am jumping over it or is there some trick to getting the shifter to go back to 2H. I assumed the front shaft should not spin in 2H. I jacked up the front and checked that the hubs were not locked and spinning freely so it's not spinning the front shaft from tire movement.
Assuming that the pictures that Randall posted are of his truck in 2H, my TC is not letting me push the shifter back into 2H.
Any thoughts?

I would say more like 1/4 turn, so the joints at both ends of the shaft are inline.
