The dude that built that must have been locked in solitary for 23 1/2 hours a day with nothing but Johnny Cash's song 'One Piece At A Time' playing endlessly....that's the only thing that could cause that to happen.

My first impresson is that it looks like ALF (from the old TV show). I guess the good thing about it is that if you parted it out everyone would be interested!
