If you right click on the blm or log file and then select "open with" then you can select excel as the program.
Or open or open excell and then open the file from there.

Looks like your map/vacuum is off unless you are running some huge cam.
Your voltage is also high.

Did you save the BLM table?

You need to verify the O2 is connected to the correct wire. use the wiring diagrams and check the O2 sensor wire and the o2 sensor gnd.
The voltage at the o2 never changed so you never went into closed loop to record BLM data.

I'm looking at installing a 3 wire O2 sensor. The computer has one O2 sensor input and two wires. The current sensor is installed in the pipe after the crossover. Do I need to use two sensor? Should the sensor(s) be closer to the manifolds?

The 7747 only uses 1 o2 sensor and the ecm only has 1 o2 wire.
There is an O2 sensor gnd wire that goes to the engine block with the other gnds, it's normally the tan wire.

The parts required and the step by step FAQ show how and where to install a 1 wire o2.
It should be about 6-12" below the manifold.
A 3wire has a heater circuit which is 2 wires for 12v and gnd(not the sensor gnd diescribed above), and then the sensor wire.

It is useful if mounted further away from the manifold like the collector of headers.

So if you leave it way back there then the 3 or 4 wire is the way to go.
