Default Father/daughter Blue Rust Beast Project 😏

Last week I picked up a 1977 Scout II Traveler. Has a 8 year old resto on it, 20k since. Well the body is kinda crap, but purrs like a kitten. This is going to be a body intense fix on a shoe string budget. We will see how it goes. Once I figure out pics i will get them up

Still looks fairly complete and clean. Front doors aren't even sagging!

Oh, she has almost all her original pieces (including the rust). Curiousity got the cat today and decided to pull the plugs to check them out. She was running autolite 86's, the tips were as white as the driven snow. After reading on here a bit I swapped them out with a set of 85's so intrested in seeing if there is a difference. Oh and my god number one plug is a bear to get out, had to takeoff the powersteering bracket. My daughter learned a few new words today and how to set gaps in plugs.

She is 11 right now. She loves wrenching so if she wants it when she is 17 she can buy it from me or buy another and I will swap her. I want her to earn it, she will baby it more and not kill it.
