Cam has a single drilled hole which only lines up every 180 degrees of turning. The chart mistakenly says valve lifter tappet flow is intermittent. The cam has a circumferential groove on number 5 cam journal, flow is continuous to the lifters. Technical editors made a mistake when they reviewed this document. Notice they also show an 'oil pump float', ridiculous. So it floats on the oil surface in the pan? |

The holes on the ends of the heads are for the turbo/air brake compressor oil supply drain back connections.
