Tomorrow she is making my go to rodeo.
Following women shopping can be rough indeed but don't play like you didn't enjoy the rodeo.
Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo at that!
Yeah, I'm sure yall had a horrible time... The only bad thing I remember is $6 beers.
After all, a mans gotta have some down time. Thanks for checking in though.
Now back to work!

Only kidding.

We are going tonight. She wanted to see Blake shelton. I like the rodeo fried twinkies. And BBQ. That's all good. But concerts there suck the audio in there is horrible!

On my neighbor's '62 Scout, when he swapped to the 4 speed he used a "pancake" bell housing. With that housing the shifters stayed in the same place. Really worked well.
But man are they hard to come by! If you found one you are a lucky man!

Hell yeah! I'm glad you were able to find the exact T-18 assembly we need for my truck. I don't give a that it cost $510. I can't help but be curious over it getting a free ride from Kentucky to Texas. A thousand thank-yous to whomever is hooking that up for us!

On another subject, I just had the pleasure of helping a fellow IH brother locate some American made core plugs (AKA: freeze or expansion plugs) in the following thread.
http://www.binderplanet.com/forums/s...d.php?t=109195
Check it out! If I say so myself, I was able to find some high speed information.

As Jared pointed out in his opening post, buying American made Tools and Parts has always been important to me. Yes, it's sometimes more expensive but I call it the price of Freedom
as American made tools and parts are increasingly hard to locate.
For this reason, I respectfully request all "Freedom Followers" to do the same. I believe that is the only way we can insure continued American production and through such patronage, potentially increases production to meet demands.

MERICA!

So the T-18 arrived yesterday. Went and picked it up this morning!
It's a bit crusty but should clean up nice. Got it soaking in degreaser then power washed it. Knocked some of it off. The rest will clean up in the parts washer. That's as far as I got today. Got tied up with things around the house.
The picks are the before. As it arrived.
