Default Quick Fuel sender/tank question

Hi I am about to re-install my tank/skidplate & sender into my bare frame, cannot find pics in manual (i do have the manual and tried to find).......on the frame there are 3 nut/bolts on rear frame crossmember (left right middle) that look like they were pre-installed so that I wouldnt need to get a wrench on top once installed? however these move freely and would do no good.

Can someone tell me the correct install steps for tank/skid plate (just simple nut/bolts first?, lockwashers?) are they first ? then tank with another nut? then skid plate with another nut? Lockwashers? Then all that on the "J" bolts as well? Im confused

The body is off so its easy right now to access everything, but body is coming back from bedliner saturday

ALSO everything I have read just shows 1 wire to sender from gauge, what is the stud and nut for? Is that a ground that must be connected? The tank is undercoat covered (except where straps go its painted) will it still ground?

Thanks so much for your help ;-)

Jack

The tank does not attach to the frame,it hangs from the body with straps, and the J hooks go into 2 holes on the rear floor support. On the skid plate my 3 bolts have nuts that keep them from spinning so you just use nuts to hold the skid plate on,after the tank is in place

The insulated post is the sender connection, the ground goes to a spade terminal on a rivet beside it.
