But it never hurts to get some pictures of International parts to distract my mind a bit. I do have some friends in PA that have been bugging me to come down and visit. Well it has been a crazy couple of months. I never thought that selling a house could be such a pain. Looks like we should be closing the deal this week sometime. It has been a whirlwind of activity fixing this, packing that mixed in with a lot of ups and downs. The International has been packed and is tucked away in a friends barn for now.
The hunt for a new house has been a frustrating battle. It seem like eveything we looked at was either way overpriced or falling apart. So we have struck a deal with a builder to build us a new house on 3.2 acres. Its going to be a long road and a long summer as we will be living out of our camper for at least three months while the house is being built. Its going to be a great house and location, but we had to cut out the barn of my dreams (for now). I don't know how long it will be before the IH sees the light of day again, but family first. Thanks for all the support and I will continue to drool over all the cool projects around here.

Love seeing the pics. I just bought a 73 1210 Travelette a few months ago. Times are slow on the farm now so I have been working on it quite a bit. I am working on body work now and I thought mine was rusty Hope you get back to your project soon

Thanks for the comments! Unfortunately I don’t think that I will be able to continue the project any further. We did end up selling our house and had a new home built, of course we blew the budget which left no allowance for a shop. Right now I have it stored in a friends Pole barn, but I will need to get it out in the spring. So with nowhere to go with it, I think it may be heading to the scrap yard. I did my best to save another one, but my pockets are just not deep enough to keep this one alive. I don’t want to make the final call on this dream just yet, but I am running out of time and options.
Have no fear, if I do call it quits everything will be up for grabs at least for a short period of time. At least that way part of her will live on. Jeff Campbell has first dibs on pretty much everything; he has been a huge help and friend in this adventure. I still enjoy seeing all the builds and pictures on this site, you guys all amaze me with your drive and devotion toward the old binders. Keep up the good work!
