Default Travelall on Traveler

I got some projects going on in my mind right now and need some advice.
What are some of the obstacles of putting a 67 Travelall 2wd body on a Scout Traveler 4wd frame. I know the axles would be to narrow and would have to be changed. I also know the Traveler frame is about 33" wide. I don't know the width of the Travelall frame and can't seem to find it by searching.
The wheelbase of a Traveler is 118" so it is comparable to the Travelall.
Any other cons to this?

What are you trying to accomplish? For me it would be much easier to swap the Scout suspension over to the existing frame, but I'm lucky enough to have cool tools like a welder, plasma cutter, etc. Body mounts are not going to align between vehicles so you're going to have to do some fabrication regardless.

Whats wrong with the travelall frame, its easy to convert to a 4x4 unless its a 1000 with tortion bars.I dont think I would go that route, travelall frame is alot heavier, but its probably doable.

Yeah, Its a 1000 with torsion bar suspension. How big a difference is there in width on the frame. I know the mounts would have to be changed but that shoundn't be a big deal. I know very little about the C series Travelall (except I like them) Main goal is a 4x4 for minor duty use.
The 1000 is a panel wagon and I love the look but it is 2wd. I know of a Traveler parts rig close by so I got to thinking this might be a posibility.

Anything is possible, but the time and effort involved would really not be worth it. If you were swapping the frame to use the existing drivetrain attached to it, it maybe worth your time. With the Scout II frame you're looking an axle swap too. You'll be money, time and effort ahead locating a NON IFS 2wd and swapping in a TC and front drive axle or just holding out for a C-series 4x4.
