No I didnt realize that spread sheet was there. Sorry. Im doing the initial procedures now. The TPS while running is actually .58 not .68. I had to set the timing by ear before because when i set it to 0 and then plug the bypass back in it ran like crap! But I'm waiting for my buddy to bring the timing light over and we will set it at 0 again and work from there. The computer and everything is from an 88 5.7 chevy 1500 that said 7747 on it. I have an AMC360 so I wanted the 350 TBI and computer. Truck is still out back. The codes off from it are 1227747 861101 M711571985 the chip says Delco AKAJ 1447

OK I see you edited the post.
When I asked for the specs of your install you never gave engine size or ECM/chip.
So I "assumed" your jeep would have a 6 and you had a 4.3 ecm.

Makes a little more sense now.

You can set the timing to 20* at a warm idle with the bypass still connected.
Or set it to 5* with the bypass open.
The GM table is pretty lame.

Okay I have done all the initial setup procedures besides the fuel pressure one. It runs great with the timing at 0 now actually BUT when you watch the balancer at idle with the bypass plugged in it jumps all over place. Once you give it gas its fine. It also smokes pretty bad because its running so rich and if you really rap the throttle fast it backfires out of the carb because there is to much fuel. I really need to get a pressure gauge because I read if the return line IS pressurized it can make the system run rich. However I'm going to log some more data and go for a test run with how it is and reset the computer again first AND save the BLM data.

Okay here is some new data with the computer reset... I can barely drive it cause it just keeps firing out of the carb. So it is certainly running rich. Also when I have winALDL open with the key on or running the green 20 flashes like every second.. is it suppose to do that or stay constant green?

At 160 baud the ecm only samples about once a sec. which is what you are seeing.

While the fuel is rich it doesn't look as bad as you may think.

One question is I think you said you used headers. If so did you use at least a 3 wire O2 sensor to keep it heated?
If it's mounted in the collector it will cool of pretty quick.

Your logs are short and I don't see any place with a steady cruise so the TPS keeps changing. I'm trying to get a read on the map sensor since it looks quite high at idle.
And it seems to be fluctuating.
Do you have it connected to the center rear port on the TB?

Try bumping the timing up as recommended earlier.

Alright, I will try to bump the timing up to 5*. Yes the map is connected to the center rear port and the O2 sensor is a 3 wire sensor as well. When I'm going down the road it will drive fine for the first 3 minutes and then if I am kind of lugging it, it start bucking and back firing. If I shut it off real quick and turn it back on it runs fine again until it starts to buck again. I will try and get a longer run when I can.

Try disconnecting the bypass and bumping the timing up 10*.
Leave the bypass disconnected and see if the bucking still happens.

Okay I will try to advance the timing but it still blowing smoke cause it is running rich. What would make it run like that? Could it be a bad sensor?

Anything that affects the fuel ratio can cause it to be rich.
Right now you don't even know what your pressures are and you are trying to run a modified 360 with a stock 350 chip that hasn't even been modified to tell it what sensors were removed.

So you need to make sure your system is working like it's supposed to be. Most sensor specs are given in the parts required FAQ.

Once you know everything is working (which is what I'm try to determine) and you get a good log run, we can move forward.
I have to assume you planned to tune your chip with all the changes you made to the engine. When were you planning to start?
Do you have the chips and programmer?
