Default Added a couple more to the fleet

I slipped down to James River today with 2 pickups and trailers and came back with 2 new trucks. I bought the two trucks off of Doug with the intention of turning the 200 into a replacement of my Dodge 2500 as a tow rig.

Truck Number 1
1975 200
345 2bbl
727
NP205
8 Lug D44HD
D60 3.73
The truck runs amazingly! We shot a little bit of ether into the carb, hit the key and she fired right up after sitting for over a year and idles extremely well. The trac-loc rear end is locked up tight so I will need to tear it apart to either replace it with either an open carrier or another trac-loc (I have both sitting around) or see if the clutches can be freed up. We pulled the bed off of a pallet and set it on the frame to bring it home.

Plans are to swap motors with the 392 out of my Travelall, unsure about the trans yet. I will put a gooseneck hitch in it and see what I can do to upgrade the brakes.

Truck 2
'74 100
304
3 speed
NP205
D44
D44

This is purely a parts truck that I plan to salvage the axles, motor (if I can get it started) and transfer-case out of it along with what ever interior pieces I can pull.

Like I really needed more IHs huh??

I have nicknamed the 200 as Copperhead and I plan on getting it road legal pretty quick. According to the LST it doesn't have the Trashloc rear so I need to pop the diff cover and figure out what is going on, but get that straightened out, install the fuel tank (running off a 2 gal jerry can) and put a floor patch in it should be road legal.
