Does anyone know how the International badge on the face of the glovebox door comes off?

Can I pry it off like side molding on the body or do I have to separate the two skins of sheet metal in order to access some fasteners? Thanks!

The pins are about 1/4" from each end. Wiggle the piece up and down while pulling away from the door. Might try a 'putty knife' or something thin to get under it to start the removal. Suggest not prying under the 'mid area' as it might bend.

Ditto on this. I used a 2 ich plastic putty knife, although one of my post actually broke when I took it off. I snapped the other off and re-applied it with thin double side foam tape.

Here is a picture of the back side of the badge for the glovebox door showing the position of the pins and a close up of the pin. It looks like the pin has a 'sleeve' with a 'barb' to lock under the metal of the skin.

Sparky you Dog! Everytime I check in and see all your progress I am amazed. I remember seeing your original truck pre-sawsall and listening to your plans. I must say I though, "Boy this guy has no idea what he is getting into." Wow, was I wrong!

The dream has become reality and continues to morph and tweek into so much more than I ever imaged. My hat continues to go off to you once again!

I do miss the chicken...

Yes indeed... I had no idea. Self delusion is an important ingredient in any truck build!
