Check the fuel supply upstream from the carb. The screen/sediment bowl assembly under the tank can fail and fill with dirt.
Take the fuel line off at the carb and turn the fuel on. It should gush out like Niagra Falls. If it does not, the problem is in the strainer and or fuel tank itself.

That is all good. when I had the carb off I noticed the rubber carb elbow was cracked. I taped it but Im not sure about it. Its missing too so I think maybe plugs too. Its sat for years.
