Your running very rich.
Are you sure your fuel pressure is correct?
Looked like everything was working.

Bill,

Do you have any good sources for short approx 20" speedometer cables. I need on with 5/8" male and female thumb nut connectors. It is loading up and very rich with out a VSS connected during stops. I'm ordering an adapter for testing GM TBI pressures. I have a fuel pressure gauge just don't have an adapter for TBI Pressure fittings. I will send for info after testing supply pressure and retesting return line

I got a short cable with housing off ebay to go from the 13/16 to 5/8 for my 56 travelall. I'm sure there are 5/8 to 5/8 avail.

I don't see the vss causing a loadup of fuel on decel if the tune is correct.
You won't have decel fuel cutoff but that won't cause excess fuel.

It will cause the IAC to close which causes the idle to drop to your min idle speed screw setting until the IAC opens back up.

There are 2 work arounds for this.
1. raise the min idle speed screw setting a little higher.
2. Connect pin B10 your park/N wire to gnd so the ecm thinks it's in park all the time.
This is an old school way to keep the ecm from performing the VSS test so it won't set an error code for no VSS. But sometimes I have found it causes an idle problem as the idle speed starts to creep up until you do a restart.

You can use a T connector anywhere between the fuel pump and the throttle body to connect a pressure gauge.

I'm using 3/8" steel line from fuel pump forward. The test adapter is the same length as the stock GM fuel filter.

Fuel Pressure 14 PSI. Bogging down and flooding during driving. All most runs better using only one injector. Might be that the chip is still programed for a 5.7L and it is on a 4.5L Here is the latest data

Where is your map sensor connected to?
It does not match the rpm or the TPS input.
Even your TPS seems slow compared to the rpm.

It looks like you hit the pedal and the TPS goes up to about 25% but the rpm barely moves.

How is fuel line connected to the pump?
Is it hardlined straight to the pump or do you have a rubber connection you can tap into.

This is when it bogs down and loads up. It couldn't even pull itself up a small hill. if I can get it in netural and floor it will clear out some what.

There is a place that I can tap into. Do i need to tap into pressure or return?
