Yep, the NP208 and rebuilt 727 is doing great in my scout and so is the identical setup in James'. We had one minor issue in his tranny but it got figured out.

Thanks for the help on that. We didn't actually finish them till early this year because I moved.

Had a lot of interest on how the Nissan performed -----so for those of you who I didn't talk to --or for those of you that are interested------

One word-----FLAWLESSLY-----

Did the recomended Brinder Planet mods---Mercedes turbo, Scoutco down pipe, block off BOV, get ride of emissiom crap,K&N filter, drill holes in air filter holder, rebuilt injectors, new glo plugs with Ford selinoid, pryometer.

Noticed a drop in power around 6000 ft but was able to pull all the grades in 4 th [lots of black smoke] ---on longer ones 4 or 5 miles the temp got to 190 and the EGT to 800

To say the least the Nissan really impressed me. Being a small 100 hp motor pusing a 4000 lb brick down the road I think it did very well.

Any pictures? Drive you drive it from NY? Did you get any damage from that storm last week?
