The rear brakes are probably rusted/frozen, but you can eliminate the rear diff as a culprit by blocking up the rear, pulling the axle shafts and seeing if the diff will turn over.
Sometimes the axle shaft flanges have a 7th hole drilled and threaded so you can screw in a bolt to pop the shaft loose. You will probably need to pull the axle shafts anyway to do an R&R on the rear brakes.
