Default Fuel tank installation questions?

Ok I pulled my tank a few months ago do to a smell of gas vapors when I filled. Replacing the fuel lines.
My question is how do I bypass the emissions fittings? We dont have emissions here in ND and want to get rid of the vapor collector (if possible) and the charcoal canister. So which fittings can I cap and what lines can I get rid off? Im guessing I need to keep the line off the sender pick up to the carb. and possible the tube off the filler neck. any others need to be kept?
its on my 79 Traveler with a 345 and original tank.

Thanks

You should at least keep 2 "breathers" from the tank. The one that goes to the vapor cannister and the one that goes to the filler neck. You don't have to hook the one TO the vapor cannister but why not since it doesn't affect performance or anything, you could tuck it away instead though. It's better to have a breather at each corner of the tank for quicker fill-ups and angle driving but not necessary. Then you have the feed line from your fuel sender and that's it. Plug off your line from the carb and your free.
