Silver lake muffler requirement question

I'm running a glass pack on my scout .... Silver lake says glass packs don't count for having a flame arrester and won't pass the test ???! However my buddy all run glad packs up there. ..??? I'm nervous I won't pass inspection at silver ... What should I do ??? Any one with some good advice on how to pass dune inspection.
