Snapped 2 off the back, and rounded off all of the front ones. I have no idea what I'm going to do to get them off.....

Like Stu said, they're LH threads, as in righty loosy/lefty tighty. You're turning them the wrong way. That much white smoke from the exhaust would have me suspecting a blown head gasket. Got any chocolate milk showing in the crankcase?

Well I really screwed that one up!

Drained the oil and everything looked ok. Cleared up a little bit after running it today.

Any ideas how to get these nuts off????

At this point, if you do not have a friend with a lug nut splitter (and how many of us do?) you will need to kerf the nuts as deep as possible with a cutoff wheel, hold them relatively stable and split them with a cold chisel and BFH. Then, remove the wheels, pull the drums and drive out the lugs and replace. Hope the holes aren't buggered.

Did you say you had a flanged D44 rear or the hub/axle D44?

Finally managed to get the lugs off and replaced all the studs on the drivers side. Got the wheels mounted and now I'm rubbing really bad.....

If its not 1 thing, its another!!!

Any cheap fix for now? Not really interested in doing a spring over right now....

Looks like the springs are sagging a little. I would try putting in an extra leaf or even a lift kit.
Im thinking an extra leaf or spring helper (think thats what they are called) would be the easiest and cheapest route.
Found a suspension lift kit $865 at anythingscout. That might be a way to go also.
