2 types of valve rocker adjustment screws, which is best?

I have a spare valve rocker assembly off another SD33T. It's odd because the lash adjustment screws (where it contacts the push rod) look different. As you can see in the pics, it has large ball type contacts with holes in the bottom. The ones on the engine in my truck have no ball at the end, only a rounded surface. These seem better, but it is worth the effort to exchange them?

I would say keep the ones you have, your push rods might be slightly wore to the shape of them,mand putting the others in there could result in quicker wear on both pieces.
