First thing first, new hardware arrived and I was ready to slap it on. 1.25" spacers for the front. ![]() I will add them to the rear later, just focusing on getting this trail ready for this weekend. Without the spacer this is how much room there was in relation to the steering. ![]() Now with the spacer installed ![]() I will get to the steering improvements with the spacers in a few. Next was installing the Z-bar. Big Tres to the rescue on this one. To set the alignment, we had a straight edge on the inside of both tires and took measurements and made adjustments til we had the same measurement on the front and back side of the tires measuring in-between them. Basically setting the alignment to zero. This truck is not a highway or even a road cruiser, so this should work well for me. If that ever changes later, I can always spend a couple of bucks and have it done. There might be a little tweaking that needs to be done after this weekend but I am pleased how it turned out. All I can say after working on this during the install is this thing is heavy duty and built extremely well. Jayson at Canyon Offroad did a great job on this and provided everything needed to make this a quick install and upgrade. Enough blabbing, I know you only want to see the pics anyways ![]() The added feature of Ziggy's arse in the background is free.... Now with the spacers and steering installed, let's see if I am going to have any rubbing from the tires onto the srpings with this D30 CK... ![]() NICE!!!!!! Only thing left to do is figure out how I am going to get this thing on my trailer?? ![]() I have done a couple of quick measurements and it is going to be really, really close. I think the war wagon is ready for this weekend and somehow I was able to get it all together, not perfect, but enough to try it out on Saturday. I really could not have gotten it in done in time without all the help and support from the group, thanks again everyone. The raffle tickets for the war wagon is $10,000 a piece.
